What to Expect at your Cosmetic Acupuncture Appointment
A session runs about 60 minutes from the time you walk in to the time you leave, and most of it is quiet, restful time.
01 – Consultation. We review your skin, health history, and goals, since cosmetic acupuncture also draws on traditional acupuncture points beyond the face.
02 – Treatment. Fine needles are placed at points on the face and body. We also use a Celluma LED light therapy machine targeted towards acne, wrinkles, or both.
03 – Rest. You'll rest with the needles in for about 30-40 minutes while your body responds to the treatment.
04 – Results. Skin often looks brighter right away. Deeper changes in tone, texture, and firmness build with a series of sessions.
