🌿 Studio Operations Assistant
Part-Time • 12–14 hours per week
The Acupuncture Studio VT is seeking a warm, welcoming person to join our women’s health practice as a Studio Operations Assistant.
This role is especially suited for someone entering a new life chapter— such as a recent retiree or empty nester— who is looking for meaningful part-time work in a peaceful space created by and for women.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating ease, organization, and a restorative experience for others.
This position is not available to those who are current or recent patients of the practice.

🧘♀️ Core Responsibilities
In-Studio Patient Support (Tues/Thurs/Fri)
Welcome patients warmly and help direct them to the appropriate space
Process purchases of herbal formulas and products
Assist patients with rescheduling and appointment questions
Restock herbs, needles, cups, and other supplies
Track herbs/formulas that need reordering + update weekly orders
Maintain a clean, calm, organized studio
Create smooth, steady flow for patient sessions
Light cleaning: sweeping the front entrance, refilling bathroom supplies, sanitizing cups
Admin & Patient Coordination
Schedule out all appointments for patients starting new programs
Track upcoming program end dates + send designated follow-up communication
Monitor administrative Practice Better (patient portal) messages
Support new patient onboarding
Update the Program Tracking sheet
Track upcoming openings based on program timelines
Light Digital Support — all trainable, no experience required
Create simple Instagram content using pre-made Canva templates
Build Reels using provided video clips and pre-written text
Add on-screen text/audio following guided templates
Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
Organize files in Google Drive + Canva using a simple folder system
No copywriting. No strategy. No creative direction required. All content and text are pre-written and assigned.
⏰ Hours & Schedule
On-site hours
Tuesdays: 12:00–4:00 PM
Thursdays: 12:00–4:00 PM
Fridays: 12:00–4:00 PM
(12 hours/week guaranteed)
Occasional early arrival
11:15 AM on assessment days
Always with at least 24 hours’ notice
Adds ~0–2 hours/week depending on bookings
Total weekly hours: 12–14
Compensation
$20/hour to start
Potential for growth into a Studio Manager role as the practice evolves
